INGREDIENTS
- 500g chicken thighs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
Sauce Mix:
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup water
- Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
- Marinade chicken with salt and pepper for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat skillet with medium heat and add 1 teaspoon oil.
- Pan-fry chicken until cooked and a little brown. Dish out and set aside.
- Heat remaining 1 teaspoon oil and stir-fry garlic until slightly browned. Add sauce mix and bring to boil. Add in chicken to coat with sauce.
- Remove from heat and serve in plate. Enjoy.
