INGREDIENTS
- 200g bacon/turkey ham, cut into strips
- 200g spaghetti
- 1 head garlic cloves, sliced
- 2 tsp chilli flakes
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup parsleys, minced
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
- salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
- In a pan, heat olive oil with medium heat. Add in ham and fry for a minute. Drain and remove from pan. Set aside.
- Cook the spaghetti in a large saucepan of salted boiling water according to the packet instructions.
- With the oil in pan, add in garlic, chilli flakes and a pinch of salt. Stir fry until garlic is about to brown. Turn heat off.
- Once spaghetti is ready, drain and put back into the empty saucepan. Add in garlic mixture, ham, parsleys and cheese. Toss to mix well.
- Divide the spaghetti into 2 portion on plate to serve. Enjoy.
