INGREDIENTS
- 1 head romaine lettuce, dried, and cut in bite-size pieces
- 3 Ya pears or white pears, peeled, seeded and cut into cubes, tossed in lemon water
- 1 apple peeled, seeded and cut into cubes, tossed in lemon water (optional)
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds (optional)
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese powder
- 250g boneless chicken thigh
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Season chicken meat with salt, pepper and olive oil.
- In a pan with medium heat, fry chicken meat till browned and cooked. With a fork and knife, tear the chicken meat into strips.
- In a big bowl, toss all the ingredients together.
- Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
