INGREDIENTS
- 300g beef meat, sliced
- 2 mini cucumbers, sliced
- 1 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tbsp sherry wine
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- dashes of salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on beef and mix with cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, stir-fry garlic for 30 seconds. Add beef and stir-fry until cooked.
- Add wine and cucumber. Cook for 3 minutes. Add oyster and soy sauce and cook for 1 minute.
- Serve with steamed white rice.
