Stir-fry Beef with Cucumber



Serves: 2
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes


INGREDIENTS


  • 300g beef meat, sliced
  • 2 mini cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sherry wine
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • dashes of salt and pepper



DIRECTIONS


  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on beef and mix with cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, stir-fry garlic for 30 seconds. Add beef and stir-fry until cooked. 
  3. Add wine and cucumber. Cook for 3 minutes. Add oyster and soy sauce and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Serve with steamed white rice.
