INGREDIENTS
- 300g sliced beef, marinate with salt and blackpepper
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 6 pieces asparagus, trimmed, sliced diagonally
- 5 pieces baby corn, halves and chopped
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce mix:
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp drinking water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
DIRECTIONS
- In a skillet, add in oil, half of the garlic and stir-fry beef over medium high heat until just cooked. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining garlic, asparagus, and baby corn. Brief stir-fry for a minute. Add in sauce mix and add in cooked beef.
- Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Turn off heat and serve immediately with steamed white rice.
