Easy Teriyaki Salmon

Cook Time: 20 mins


INGREDIENTS

  • 350g salmon fillet

Marinate mix:

  • 4 tbsp low-sodium teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 4 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 2 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tsp dark sesame oil


DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together marinate mix to taste.
  3. Cover a shallow dish with aluminium foil.
  4. Clean the salmon and pat dry with kitchen towel. Place salmon onto the foil. 
  5. Sprinkle the salmon with 2-3 tablespoon of marinate mix and leave for 15 mins to marinate.
  6. Place salmon into oven to bake for 15-20 minutes* till cooked. 
  7. Pour a tablespoon or more of marinate mix on the salmon.
  8. Serve immediately with rice and enjoy.
*depends on thickness of salmon.
