INGREDIENTS
- 350g salmon fillet
Marinate mix:
- 4 tbsp low-sodium teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 4 tsp garlic, chopped
- 2 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tsp dark sesame oil
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, whisk together marinate mix to taste.
- Cover a shallow dish with aluminium foil.
- Clean the salmon and pat dry with kitchen towel. Place salmon onto the foil.
- Sprinkle the salmon with 2-3 tablespoon of marinate mix and leave for 15 mins to marinate.
- Place salmon into oven to bake for 15-20 minutes* till cooked.
- Pour a tablespoon or more of marinate mix on the salmon.
- Serve immediately with rice and enjoy.
*depends on thickness of salmon.
