Carrot Orange Juice for Sinus Relief

Nasal congestions brought on by sinusitis can easily be alleviated by drinking fresh juices, and making some diet adjustments.

Reduce : Animal meat products.
Avoid   : Dairy, sugar and flour products, processed/refined foods and tobacco.

INGREDIENTS


  • 2 carrots
  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 1 green apple, cored
  • 1 small ginger piece
  • a dash of cayenne spice (optional)


DIRECTIONS


  1. Place all the ingredients in juicer.
  2. Divide the juice into 2 glass. Enjoy!
