Stir-fry Beef with Asparagus and Baby Corn



Serves: 2
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes


INGREDIENTS


  • 300g sliced beef, marinate with salt and blackpepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 6 pieces asparagus, trimmed, sliced diagonally 
  • 5 pieces baby corn, halves and chopped
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce mix:

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp drinking water
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch


DIRECTIONS


  1. In a skillet, add in oil, half of the garlic and stir-fry beef over medium high heat until just cooked. Set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add remaining garlic, asparagus, and baby corn. Brief stir-fry for a minute. Add in sauce mix and add in cooked beef. 
  3. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Turn off heat and serve immediately with steamed white rice.
