Honey Dijon Garlic Chicken



Serves: 2
Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 15 mins

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g chicken thighs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced


Sauce Mix:
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Pinch of salt


DIRECTIONS

  1. Marinade chicken with salt and pepper for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat skillet with medium heat and add 1 teaspoon oil. 
  3. Pan-fry chicken until cooked and a little brown. Dish out and set aside.
  4. Heat remaining 1 teaspoon oil and stir-fry garlic until slightly browned. Add sauce mix and bring to boil. Add in chicken to coat with sauce.
  5. Remove from heat and serve in plate. Enjoy.
